PROCHECK-NMR

PROCHECK-NMR is a suite of programs that have been derived from the PROCHECK programs to analyse ensembles of protein structures solved by NMR.

The output plots are in PostScript format and fall into two groups:-

• Geometry plots - which analyse and compare the stereochemical geometry of the structures in the ensemble, and
• Restraint analyses - which plot the experimental restraints (both in terms of distance and dihedral angle restraints) and the restraint violations computed by AQUA for all the models making up the ensemble.

The plots can be in colour or black-and-white.
