Before running qconvert, you will need to initialize the AQUA environment variables (see AQUA Initialization). This is most easily done by simply typing:

To run qconvert, enter:

If the -r option is not used, the restraint_prefix is taken from the restraint_file name by stripping away the extension and path.
If the -t option is not used, the file_type is determined
automatically from the contents of the file (if possible).

Note: the order in which optional arguments are given is unimportant.
