AQUA File organization
The top directory, which from now on will be referred to as $aquaroot,
contains the following files:
- README - general introduction
- HOW_TO_INSTALL - installation instructions
- HOW_TO_USE - instructions for users
- NEW - list of new features and changes
- HISTORY - version history
- aqsetup - script for defining aliases and variables
- aqsetupi - idem; intended for interactive use
and the following subdirectories:
- data - contains name-library files
- doc - contains documentation
- exmpls - contains example jobs and output
- extras - contains some useful non-Aqua tools
- scripts - contains conversion and analysis scripts
plus other subdirectories that should not concern you. Instead of using
the explicit directory names you may refer to the environment variables
AQUADATADIR, AQUADOCDIR, AQUAEXMPLSDIR,
AQUAEXTRASDIR and AQUASCRIPTSDIR.
